Our consulting sessions, workshops, and online seminars aim to support your personal and professional development.

3.1 Scheduling and Changes

Clients may request to reschedule a session by contacting us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start. Requests sent later may not be honored.

3.2 Service Fees and Access

All fees are listed on our site. Access to booked services is granted upon full payment of the applicable fee.

3.3 Refunds for Services

Eligible services canceled more than 7 calendar days before the scheduled start qualify for a full fee refund. For cancellations between 48 hours and 7 days before the session, we offer a credit toward future services. Credit must be used within 6 months.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session or missed sessions are not eligible for any credit or fee reversal due to the dedicated resources allocated.

4. Information Product

This refers to digital materials such as ebooks, workbooks, and recorded webinars available for download.

4.1 Delivery

Digital products are delivered via email or download link immediately after purchase.

4.2 Refunds for Information Product

Given the nature of digital content, we offer refunds only if a technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved within 3 business days. To request assistance or a refund, contact us at Contact Us. All requests must include proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.

5. Physical Product

This covers printed guides and branded materials shipped to you.

5.1 Shipping

Packages are dispatched within 5 business days of purchase. Delivery times may vary by location.

5.2 Replacements and Ship-Back

If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 5 business days for a replacement at no extra fee. For other reasons, you may send the item back in its original condition within 14 business days for a refund of the purchase fee, minus shipping costs.

6. No Waiver of Rights

Failure to enforce any provision here does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
